Live scores

When one of your teams is playing a league match, a live score banner appears under the header on every page of the website, with the score set by set. It updates by itself every 20 seconds, so supporters who can't make it can follow along.

On a phone it sits under the header in the same way:

What you need

Nothing, if your club uses the league feed. The banner uses the same club key, and works for every team the league scores live.

Clubs reading the results website (no feed key) don't get live scores.

When it shows

• From shortly before a match until a little after it ends ("Starts soon", "Live", then "Final").
• Only for your own club's matches.
• The rest of the time it's hidden and the website doesn't check for scores.

The scores come from the league's own live scoring at the venue. If the banner doesn't show for a match, that match isn't being scored live.

Changing its wording

The banner's words ("Live scores", "Live", "Starts soon", "Set", "Final") can be changed on the Site text page, in the Fixtures section.
