Player registrations

When someone fills in the registration form on the website, their registration is stored here. Only administrators can see this page, because registrations hold personal details.

• The totals at the top show all registrations, those from the last 30 days, and how many are students.
• Click a registration to see it in full.
• Download Excel (.xlsx) downloads every registration as a spreadsheet.
• Delete registration (inside a registration) removes it for good. It asks you to confirm first.

Registrations are personal data. Keep downloaded spreadsheets somewhere private, delete them when you no longer need them, and delete registrations from the site when your club's data policy says to.

Student ID photos aren't stored here: they go to the club's registrations sheet.
